PRESS RELEASE: hide’s Summer Festival: “hide presents MIX LEMONeD JELLY” held again for the first time in 20 years

On July 18th, at Maihama Amphitheater, 130 artists from every music genre, ranging from hide’s friends to the next generation artists that inherited hide’s spirit, gathered and made the hottest summer night colorful.

“MIX LEMONed JELLY,”  produced by hide in August 26th, 1997, is a circuit event that is connected across many event spaces. What makes this event special is that even in a time when computers and the word “internet” was not common, all five events were connected and broadcast live. The year before, hide held “hide summer special” at Chiba Mari Stadium (Now know as QVC Marine Field). At this event, there were not only performances from artists belonging to hide’s production label, but also BMX, gamers, a fashion show, and a hair cut salon.
